At Two Hearts Haven, we believe every young parent deserves hope, dignity, and a caring community—regardless of their circumstances. Founded by passionate advocates for youth and maternal health, our nonprofit is dedicated to meeting the unique needs of pregnant and parenting teens in foster care.
Our team understands the challenges these teens face, from navigating healthcare to building confidence as new parents. That’s why we offer gift baskets with essential items needed for each stage of pregnancy and birth, community events that provide access to education and allow pregnant and parenting teens come together to support one another, and supportive care during pregnancy and afterwards, all designed to foster healthy, successful futures.
We walk alongside each teen, honoring their strength and resilience while providing the practical tools and emotional encouragement they need to thrive. Our vision is to create a safe and nurturing haven where every pregnant and parenting teen in foster care builds a future rooted in stability and opportunity, so they can achieve lasting success.
Through the generosity of our community, volunteers, and donors, Two Hearts Haven continues to grow as a safe, welcoming space for young teen mothers in the foster system where they are cradled in support and surrounded by love.
